Only the user is responsible for managing and handling of all data/documents stored in SOS Infocard system. The visibility, sharing and deleting of all data / documents is only the user's competence.
All operations with documents are logged by the system.
Managed data is stored on servers operated by Magyar Hosting Kft. The Service Provider ensures the security of the data, in particular unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, the prevention of accidental destruction and damage. All uploaded documents, images are encoded with one of the strongest 256-bit file-level encryption. The download paths of the files are hidden, but even if a server crashes, stolen files are unusable without knowing the encryption algorithm and the encryption keys.
The data are treated in a cluster structure with multiple redundant data storage.
